    Product is good, Delivery took too long with minimal communication

    I placed my order in February and just received the product. The timing on the website is very incorrect and as a result missed getting the item I needed in time for the baby shower and had to purchase something else. When contacting the general email for updates, they would be very slow to respond with the updates and they would never include updates on the anticipated timing. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
