The Namely process.
All our products are bespoke and made to order. Select the style you would like and type your Child's name for a preview which gives you an idea of the product. Pop that product in your cart ready for Checkout. Your email confirmation will be sent with your preview. (Please note that the DOT is our Signature and part of what makes Namelyco unique. This is automatically added to every order) Our blankets look best with one name across the front with a maximum of 15 letters however we can accommodate 2 names which based on the letter number may be moved to two lines so that you end up with a beautiful balanced product. If you need to let us know something related to your order, please put it in comments at check out and we will review before your order is processed. Please note that if you need to be contacted due to a note then your order will not be transferred to our factory until your query is confirmed via email. Once you check out your order will be received and transferred to our factory straight away.
Blanket design and colour representation
Please reference our flat lay images for the most accurate images of our blankets. Photography, computer screen settings, phone settings and Instagram can change the colour of an item. The name will be knitted and visible on the front only of the blanket and the opposite side is a gorgeous combination of the yarn colours. Note a capital letter followed by lower case letters will be how the name is knitted on majority of our range. Where the name is in Full Capitals it will be noted on the product description. The DOT is our signature and what makes us unique and will be automatically added to your order.
Our knitted products need care in order to be cherished for a lifetime. They must be washed on a gentle cycle in cold water separately. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not use bleach. Do not soak or rub. Dry flat out of direct sunshine and ease into the correct shape for drying. If the product becomes out of shape, stretched or shrunk, it is possible to improve this by re-washing in the manner described above and easing the item into the correct shape to dry. If you item has pom poms or trims then you will need to Hand wash as the Pom Pom’s are delicate.
How long will my order take to be received?
Our Blankets take between 4-6 weeks pending your location in Australia or worldwide. Australia post standard shipping time is between 5-10 days. Express shipping is 2-3 days. Note that our products are made off shore and Australia post shipping time is post manufacturing time. Our 4-6 weeks includes our local shipping estimates.
I have made a mistake what can be done.
Mistakes happen to us all. We can’t guarantee that we can change a mistake however if you pick it up within a few days of ordering we may be able to fix it for you. Please email immediately Hello@namelyco.com and we will do our best to get it fixed up. Note – our customer service team work Monday -Friday.
What if I need to cancel an order?
Once an order is submitted and payment has been made, you accept that this is a custom-made order with 4 week turnaround. We cannot cancel or refund your order once it has been placed. Additionally, there is no exchange on custom made/personalised orders. Also, from time to time, we will offer promotional deals. This includes, but not limited to, Free Shipping, Discount percentage, gift vouchers, free gift etc. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot adjust the order or honour a promotional deal after your order has been placed.
The preview looks smaller than your images.
Our Preview is a reference only for what your blanket will approx. look like when completed. It is also a chance for you to double check your name spelling and how the name will look. The preview is limited and we can only offer one size of font on the website for the preview only to allow for a variety of name lengths. Please reference our lifestyle images for how your name will look with similar letters. We design every blanket to be proportionally the same and to allow us to fit all the different types of names.
Can I change the size of the writing?
Sorry our designers set the sizes of the letters to ensure that our blankets are consistant and proportional. This is programmed at our factory based on name lengths and we can’t change or do special requests.
Can I request my own colour combination?
We work very hard to offer a huge variety of colours and combinations. We test the colours to ensure we are offering you the best colour combinations that not only work well together but are also on trend. We cannot accommodate custom requests but always welcome some ideas for future development.
Any Shipping issues currently with COVID?
Covid has definitely been very difficult, and we have built in extra time with our 4-6 week delivery to try and accommodate the expected and unpredictable delays at both factory and freight level. The conditions globally are still very challenging however we are proud to say we are staying strong and generally our deliveries are on track. Can I fast track an order?
Unfortunately, with our process and manufacturing process the 4-6 weeks is the quickest we can achieve due to the bespoke nature of our blankets. If you have a special date then we are happy for you to flag it with us in comments at checkout. We always do our best to move as fast as we can.
