    I am still waiting for my item

    I got this email to review a product that you said was sent 27 days ago. It was mid august and I still haven't received my item. You sent the wrong one and I was expected to send my item back and wait for the person who got my item instead to send it back before I get it. Still waiting and it's the 5th of October. It's your responsibility to fulfil the orders and if you mixed them up to fix it at no extra delay and cost to the consumer. Terrible service. Cannot review on quality as I haven't even seen my item
