    Took way too long!

    As much as I appreciated their help when my order was really late I am so disappointed that it has taken so long.
    Unless you know the baby name and arrival date your turn around for your product is just too long, then on top of that we have delivery issues due to customs. Please don’t tell people approximately 4 weeks as that is not true. I waited 10 weeks!
    The items just fit the child for a few weeks and now is only be a keepsake gift.
    I feel I have waisted my time and money.
    I do understand there was an issue with customers as they are made in another country due to costs but I will not use your company again for personalised baby item and try to find someone else that perhaps are made in our own country.
    It is a real shame as you were recommended to me by another person who have used your services and I have told them what has happened.
    Certainly will not be forwarding any recommendations to anyone else unfortunately.
