Returns & Exchanges-

Personalised product-
Please choose carefully when purchasing one of our blankets and cushions, as change of mind returns will not be provided on:
– Custom made, monogrammed or personalised products.

Other Products-
For your convenience, our products may be exchanged by contacting our customer service team- hello@namelyco.com. Items can be returned within 30 days.
Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.

Exchanges & Refunds (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@namelyco.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Custom made, monogrammed or personalised products are unable to be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
