This is a dream come true for Namely co-Founders Marissa & Rheanna. They have been decorating their Kids rooms with Fleur Harris Manchester and Wallpaper for years and have loved the magical stories Fleur so beautifully tells through her illustrations. Each whimsical scene is an enchanting world of nature, nostalgia, and imaginative play. Creating the most beautiful childhood memories with cheeky squirrels, sleeping foxes and Fairies and Bunnies. It was the combination of these beautiful memories and the memories created through their special baby name blankets, that gave the girls the idea to work with Fleur and her iconic designs. This incredible partnership between Assembl brands, Fleur Harris and Namely has proven to be a very clever success.
The creative collaboration has seen these three Mums + business owners work closely together through the entire design process. “It was important to have Fleur really involved every step of the way, from selecting colours and being very hands on with all the design selection’s”, says Marissa. The Girls describe working with Fleur as an absolute dream and career highlight. “Fleur is so incredibly passionate about her illustrations and what she has created, so it was essential to articulate the designs reflective of fleurs style”, says Rheanna.
The innocence and playfulness of her designs have proven to work seamlessly with Namley’s knitting techniques. The carefully selected colour palate ensures the pieces will be treasured for a lifetime. A beautiful keepsake forever.
