The Namely process.

All our blankets and cushions are custom made to order. It's a simple process. Select the style you would like and type your Child's name for a preview of the final product. Then proceed to the check out.

Our blankets look best with one name across the front with a maximum of 15 letters. If you need more or two names please drop us an email and we will review the design with you.

We will then start to produce your order and will be delivered within 4 weeks.

 

How long will it take to receive.

- Standard post orders takes up to 4 weeks in production, 5-7 business days via Australian Standard Post.

- Express post orders takes up to 4 weeks in production, 2-3 business days via Australian EXPRESS Standard Post.

- International orders takes up to 4 weeks in production, plus allow time for shipping.

 Please also provide a desired delivery date in case you need it to arrive in time for a special occasion.

Blanket design.

You Child's name can only be read on one side of the blanket. Maximum number of characters is 15 - contact us via email if your name is greater than this. The opposite side is a gorgeous combination of colours of the yarn used in the overall blanket. We know you will love it as much as we do.

Made a mistake.

It happens to the best if us, don't worry. We can't guarantee we can change, however please email hello@namelyco.com and we will do our best.

Please always check your Child's name and spelling are correct before your order is placed. You can review this in the preview section, when you're looking at the product page.

 

Cancel order.

Once an order is submitted and payment has been made, you accept that this is a custom made order with 4 week turnaround. We cannot cancel or refund your order once it has been placed. Additionally there is no exchange on custom made/personalised orders. Also, from time to time, we will offer promotional deals. This includes, but not limited to; Free Shipping, Discount percentage, gift vouchers, free gift etc. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot adjust the order or honour a promotional deal after your order has been placed.
