Shipping and Delivery
Namelyco ships to all locations within Australia and World-wide. We use a combination of Australia Post and a courier services to ship our blankets + cushions. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking details.
All items on your order will be shipping together once all are produced unless we advise you otherwise.
Personalised Knitted Orders
All orders will be made and delivered in approximately 4-6 weeks based on your order date. At all times we will endeavor to get your orders processed as quickly as possible however we cant guarantee it to be earlier. An email will be sent when your shipment has been dispatched with tracking details.
Gift Voucher Boxes
All orders for gift voucher boxes will be delivered via Australia post standard or courier. Orders are processed within 48-72 hours upon receiving and then normal shipping time apply. Should you need this item urgently please advise customer service however allow at least 3-5 working days for delivery.
Namely Co does not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. If your parcel is missing, we will work with courier company to try and resolve and locate the parcel. Please check that your address is correct when ordering, as we cannot accept responsibility or refund if an item has been returned to us due to this issue. We will contact you and ask for correct address to arrange re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us at standard shipping costs.

Once we dispatch your goods below indicates the time it will take to arrive to your home.
$10 Standard Shipping- 3-5 business days pending your location within Australia (remote areas may take longer)
$15 Express Post- 1-3 Business days. Pending your location in Australia it may take longer if remote or country location.
$20 International shipping - 10-15 Business days
Australian shipping - All parcels will be delivered via Courier or Australian post (dropped at your letterbox or door). We also use Sendle (courier service) which where safe will leave the parcel on delivery or arrange a re delivery attempt if you are not home.
Order Delivery times are provided as a guide only and once shipped our reliance is on the service provided. Rural areas both in Australia and overseas may add additional delivery to the time frame.

Please note on international shipping : the recipient will be liable for any occurring local duty, taxes and other import costs that may be charged by customs.
For all International orders we use DHL delivery.
